Touch The Mirror

We have already seen a ton of touch based screens, ranging from ones with a simple input method to very complex multi-touch and multi-sensor displays. Now you can do the same with mirrors.

This mirror is created by LitStudio, and features proximity sensors, gesture based interaction, near- and far-field infrared.

Clothing companies would be the first to really benefit from this technology. Imagine the dressing rooms in clothing stores. If you want to try on a shirt, the mirrors, in the dressing rooms, would react not only to what you are doing, but also to the specific product that you are holding in your hand.

The mirror could provide additional information, or other types of interactive experiences. Taking the virtual shopping experience to another level.
