I'd not considered a relationship between the size of one's social network and the degree of one's personal freedom before.

Is one really dependent on the other? Do solitary people have no freedom? Does this make George Bush the most connected man on the planet? Surely this depends on what you want to do?

Bit of an odd idea this.
