Bill Scott, the former AJAX Evangelist for Yahoo, recently gave a talk about Rich media interaction - or more precisely the pros and cons of many the modern interaction methods that are being used in today's websites and web applications.
There is a lot of useful information in this video, and it is high on real examples of what works and what doesn't. This is "must see" If you make modern websites and web applications. The talk is 52 minutes long.

Hi,
Here's a link to the .m4v version of the video with is compatible with both iPod and iPhone.

(change the extension from .m4v to .mp4 if your video software doesn't recognize the extension)
