Syndication Feeds is back

Baekdal.CMS now also supports Atom and RSS feeds. So now your newsreaders can correctly update the two feeds.

It was a bit tricky to get the dates to validate, because the CMS use one format, Atom another and RSS a third. But, the dates are now correctly added in the valid format.

PS: Commenting is next. Actually it is already working, but I want to test something out in regards to anti-comment-spam before I open it.
