There is now only one hour to the end Le Mans 2008, and what and exciting finish. The #2 Audi with Tom Kristensen is still in the lead, even after his brush with the #32 Zytek. Nicolas Minassian in the #7 Peugeot (in second place) spun his car, which shows just how tricky it is out there.

The big drama now is the rain. Some part of the track is fairly dry, with other parts being very wet. Both the #3 Audi and the #9 Peugeot in is the pit for an unscheduled stop. They are the cars battling for 3rd place.
Things have settled down a bit in the other classes. The #9 Aston Martin is 2 laps ahead of the #63 Corvette, but it is Le Mans and it is raining, so I am not going to make any predictions...
Every year I go nuts about Le Mans (at least according to some women I know). Not only do I watch the race, I also create a ton of other stuff to make the entire experience more fun.
While we wait for this year's Le Mans, I am going to post a number of articles about some of the racing cars to take part of the event. But yesterday I got an email from Porsche about their new Porsche Panamer - and it was so funny.

Audi has created a movie about the legendary 24 hours of Le Mans, from Audi's perspective. It is a thrilling story, about what it takes to be a part of this amazing event. Definitely worth a look, if you are into this sort of thing.
