The 2008 Le Mans is only a month away and people have already asked me if Baekdal.com is going to create a live tracker - like I did last year. The answer is: yes, of course!
The "24 Heures du Mans 2008" is an event where I turn into a motorsport geek, and not only watch the entire race - but also create a live tracker that combines all the information from the Le Mans website in a single interface.
I will be providing more information on Baekdal.com's coverage of the 2008 Le Mans when we get closer to the event (on June 14-15). So stay tuned...

Every year I go nuts about Le Mans (at least according to some women I know). Not only do I watch the race, I also create a ton of other stuff to make the entire experience more fun.
While we wait for this year's Le Mans, I am going to post a number of articles about some of the racing cars to take part of the event. But yesterday I got an email from Porsche about their new Porsche Panamer - and it was so funny.
Audi has created a movie about the legendary 24 hours of Le Mans, from Audi's perspective. It is a thrilling story, about what it takes to be a part of this amazing event. Definitely worth a look, if you are into this sort of thing.
