The Mystery of Walking in A Straight Line

It turns out that the biggest question human kind has ever faced is not "what happens if you let loose 100 cats inside an Ikea store?", but instead "why can't we walk in a straight line?

This is a question that a lot of very intelligent people have asked themselves for as long as humankind has existed. And it is still a complete puzzle to the scientific community. To illustrate the problem, NPR has created this very nice infographics (and article).

I just love these kinds of videos. It is such a great way to tell a story, and at the same time capture the audience.
