Do-It-Yourself Multi-touch kit
Have you ever wanted to have your very own multi-touch table? So far this has been an extremely expensive endeavor, but now you can get a "do-it-yourself" multi-touch kit.
The company Nortd is producing and selling a system called touchkit. It includes a multi-touch screen, software, IR camera, and detailed instruction for how to put it together. The price is $1,080.
You can also pay an additional $500 and it will arrive preassembled.
BTW: If you think $1,080 is too expensive, you can always do what Johnny Chung Lee did with a Wii remote, some software, and a standard projector.
