Saab Radio

Designer Sang Hoon Lee has created this little thing. It is a FM radio designed as a little wood car. You turn it on, and turn up the music, when you drive forward, and turn it down again by going in reverse. Nice design!

BTW: Can you imagine if your 3 year old kid got his hands on this...

I can absolutely imagine what my three year old would do if he had this in his hands. At some point, I can also see myself having to hid it if I want some peace from teh constant volume play.

Also, your kid would probably not know how to tune it to a specific channel, so you will hearing different levels of radio static :)

Great idea though. Less buttons = better for me :)

I like the idea, I wonder what would happen if you play with it on a slope, hehe. How do you tune for different channels?

Niels, the tuner is on the hood if the car :)

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the quick reply, I had to look for it. The channel slider might be a bit small from an ergonomic / usability point of view but I like the overall idea.
