Several research studies, including one here in Denmark (sorry, Danish text), shows that about 90% of all men wants a place to be alone.
The problem is that modern houses are designed to be open and do not provide a space to "get away" and de-stress. As a result we feel "homeless" inside our homes. In the past we could go out into the field or into a tool shed, but we can't do that anymore since we are no longer farmers - nor is the "modern" man one who identifies himself with a shed.
In comes the Qube Garden Studio - a space to relax, to think, and to get away. It is like a secret tree house for grownups.

The Qube is 30 square meters, includes electricity, it is heated, insulated and can be used for pretty much anything you can possibly imagine.

You can find much more information over at the Qube's website - including pricing (£14,000), how it is installed (1 week + 5 weeks lead-time), and if you need planning permissions (most likely not).
This is the perfect solution for the modern man.

Having a garden first would probably be a prerequisite though
Yes, unless you live in an apartment building with a huge flat roof :)

Great design, looks very practical.
How is that you do not need a planning permission.
